Define medication and pharmacology and explain the purpose and uses of medicines.

Understand legal and ethical responsibilities

Identify different classifications of medication

Demonstrate knowledge of routes of medication administration

Accurately use and maintain medication records

Recognise, report, and respond appropriately to medication errors and near misses.
